The starting rate for a Strategy Sprint is $1,500. The final price may vary upward depending on factors such as how many stakeholder sessions are required, the complexity of your positioning, the number of audience segments we need to analyze, and the depth of the roadmap produced. I’ll always outline scope and pricing clearly before we proceed — no surprises.

This ongoing engagement gives you senior-level marketing leadership on a flexible, month-to-month basis — without the cost or commitment of a full-time CMO. My role is to help you stay focused on the right priorities, ensure every initiative ties back to your strategy, and make sure your marketing is executed effectively for maximum ROI.

The actual fee may adjust based on factors such as the size of your team, the number and complexity of marketing channels, vendor management scope, or whether you need full marketing leadership versus strategic advisory. Before we begin, I’ll propose a clearly defined scope and fee for the first month — and if we ever scale up or down, we’ll discuss it transparently.
