About Me

For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked in marketing across industries like tech, healthcare, education, insurance, and finance — first on the agency side, and later as an independent consultant working directly with founders and growing teams.

Over time, I realized the work I found most meaningful wasn’t about tactics or campaigns — it was about helping companies solve real problems for real people. As a father of two young kids, that focus naturally shifted toward companies building tools, services, and platforms that support families and caregivers.

That’s why I focus my work on FamTech today.

I partner with early and growing FamTech companies that need experienced marketing leadership but don’t yet have the time, budget, or team for a full-time CMO. My role is to bring clarity, help prioritize the right work, and support execution — whether that’s through a focused engagement to get unstuck or ongoing Fractional CMO support as the business grows.

If you’re building something that helps families live better and want clear, thoughtful marketing leadership to support your next phase of growth, I’d love to hear what you’re working on.

How I Think About Marketing (and How I Work)

Marketing should make things clearer, not more complicated.

That belief shapes everything I do. Whether I’m running a Marketing Audit, leading a Strategy Sprint, or working as a Fractional CMO, my role is to bring focus — helping you clearly communicate who you are, what you do, and why it matters.

Results matter — both now and over time.
Early traction and quick wins are important, but they only work when they’re connected to a longer-term strategy. I help founders balance near-term progress with sustainable growth, so you’re not constantly reacting or rebuilding from scratch every few months.

You don’t need more ideas. You need the right ones executed well.
Most founders I work with aren’t short on ideas — they’re short on clarity and capacity. I help you prioritize what actually matters, decide what to do now versus later, and make sure execution keeps moving.

In FamTech, purpose isn’t just a mission — it’s a real advantage.
You’re building something meaningful for families, and that purpose should show up in your messaging and your growth strategy. I help turn that intent into clear positioning, consistent marketing, and measurable progress.

The best results come from collaboration, not handoffs.
I work alongside founders and teams — whether through a focused sprint or ongoing fractional support — translating strategy into action and adjusting as we learn what works.

Trust, transparency, and integrity aren’t optional.
I’m direct about what’s realistic, clear about tradeoffs, and honest about where I can help most. I’ll never recommend something I wouldn’t do myself.

If you're building something meaningful for families, I'd love to hear about it.
